no value for customers whatsoever!!!!

This is my third post regarding this and if I do not receive any feedback I will escalate to the Dti!!! This is the copy of the email forwarded to your call centre email:

I had posted a complaint on hellopeter and the response was that I would get assistance at your store at Tsakane Mall. I had bought a dress and was not aware that it was supposed to have straps attached, only found out a month later at another one of your branches. On going to the store they refused to refund me and offered me R20 for the straps, I mean ***??? On refusing that, they promised to contact me on the 31st with feedback, to date, no one has contacted me. I have also posted this on hellopeter but no one is bothering to respond. Should I escalate the matter??? Clearly we are not valuable as your clients!!!
