I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS THAT WAS IN ARREARS FOR A WHILE. AT THE END OF DECEMBER 2011 THIS ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL AND STILL TO DATE THEY CALL ME AND ASK FOR PAYMENT. I HAVE SENT THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT ON TWO OCCASIONS AND CALLED THEM NUMERIOUS TIMES TO HAVE THEM UPDATE THEIR RECORDS BUT AM FAILING TO GET ASSISTANCE. I AM STRUGGLING TO GET A JOB BECAUSE EVERYWHERE I GO THEY REFFER ME BACK TO THIS ACCOUNT PLEASE ASSIST. |
