| I laid a compliant regarding the quality of a particular Daniel Hector sneaker last year and was told that due to the festive period the work shop or factory will be closed for two weeks. I have given Truworths more than enough time to let me know when i can come to the store and get the another pair. I really like the pair and all i wanted was for it to be replaced. We are going in for Easter soon and i never got to wear the sneakers on Christmas last year. Honestly, How long does it take before a replacement is done. I don't want credit back or any of the promises made. I just wanted the sneakers replaced. I do hope that they do not treat all their clients this way. | |||
