I DO NOT HAVE A TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT!!!

I have been receiving sms notifications on a monthly basis from truworths stating the monthly installment that needs to be made by a Ms Shezi....
I do not Know Ms Shezi nor do I have a truworths account.
How do I rectify this? I have been trying to notify truworths via the call centre however there is no joy.
Truworths should do proper background checks on individuals before they accept the information and hand out credit.
My concern is that I could be blacklisted because they have my cell number, which is registered on my name and I have no relation to this person.... This also waste my time and money to contact the call centre to rectify a problem which could have been avoided.
I would like for this problem to be resolved with immediate effect.

We confirm that your cell phone number was removed from our data base on 04 February 2012 and as discussed, your credit profile is linked to your identity number and not your cell phone number.
