A Mevrou Marlise Mostert has put my cellphone number on Truworth's database and I keep getting sms offers and call centre calls for products that I have zero interest in. This has been taking place over the past 2 years and despite repeatedly asking to have my number removed from the database it is yet to be done. Please could someone sort this issue out for me. |

Hello rossesson, Thank you for your post and for the opportunity to assist you. We contacted Mrs Mostert and obtained her correct cell phone number. We updated our records and can assure you that your cell phone number was removed and you will not receive any communication from us in future.
