| I booked a return trip from Kimberley to Johannesburg telephonically and paid via the internet. On 2011-08-06 I phoned the Johannesburg office to confrim my booking and my payment. The person told me that I must be there at 06:00, because the bus will be leaving at 06:30 from the Information center, Kimberley. On 2011-08-09 we arrived at the Information center at 06:10 and we waited. At 06:15 the Greyhound bus arrived and loaded his passengers. At about 06:30 I became restless about the Translux bus and asked the driver, Mr. Mojo, of Greyhound if my name wasn't on his list, because no other bus appeared. He checked and my name wasn't there and he asked me what time my bus was supposed to leave and I told him 06:30 and he said that must be the Translux bus. We waited and about 07:00 I phoned the office in Jhb again and asked about the bus. I phoned twice and they me that the bus was in Warrenton and he had picked up 13 people at the Information centre and I think 3 at the Shell Ultra City. They said I cannot get a refund because i missed the bus, luckily the driver from Greyhound still had a seat for me and it cost me again R260. The bus never stopped at Kimberley. | |||
