Uncaring customer care

We booked the 17:45 bus to Mtata via Pietermaritzburg for the 27th Jan 2012 and we got off in PMB around 24:15am. After a while realised that we forgot our bag with 3pairs of shoes in it, since there was no consultant @the station we had to wait till the operating hrs. After phoning your customer care, we were given the PMB number to track our bag only it rings to no end.Eventually we went there,firstly to get a guy by the name of Sbu who claimed that he cant help us without the tickets,after having to head back home and back,he tells us that he doesnt have the particular driver's phone numbers,"hopefully the driver will pass by that evening andhe'll leave a msg with security to ask if he found our shoes" in the meantime wanted us to write our number in some scrambled up paper all because he was in a hurry to get to thegirl he had earlier allowed at the back of the office. Is this the kind of service that Translux offers it's clients that without the driver's contacts everything is lost? Doesnt Translux keep a database of their buses taking certain routes if without a ticket no-one can help u.Your customer care,no one has numbers to the office in Umtata,why r u operating there then
