I booked a bus ticket on [URL Removed] for my sister. I paid with my credit card, online. The booking was confirmed and I even printed out the booking confirmation. I gave my sister the reference number so she could collect her ticket. Upon collecting her ticket she was told the reference number was invalid. They had no record of my credit card number either. The money definately went off my account so it was paid! I phoned the call centre (i was onl hold for about 2 hours in total with many calls being dropped or answered where i could hear people talking in the background but no one helped me and then the phone was put down). Eventually once i was assisted, i was told to email my proof of payment and booking confirmation to them so I could get a new reference number. I was told to give the new reference number to my sister and she could baord the bus with the ref number only at 10:20 in Klerksdorp. My sister was at the bus stop on time. The driver put a tag on her suitcase and she was already on the bus when they told her, she's on the wrong bus and her bus would be coming at 11. She got off and no bus came! I want my money back! |
