Taking internet and not receiving tickets

I booked a return ticket vi8a internet for Anrich Rossouw from Uitenhage to
Johannesburg leaving 13 december 2011and returning 23 December 2011.
When I tried to collect the ticket for tonight 23 December 19h30. I
was informed that there is no booking for Anrich Rossouw.

On 12 December 2011, R720.00 was debited on my FNB credit card. This
is the price for a return student trip.

ItOn the day of travel I was informed that there is nothing to be done. The
cheapest plane ticket is R2195 on SAA and even if I was refunf\ded
there were no more seats available to get Mr A Rossouw to Uitenhage
before christmas on the 25th

I have been in contact with the call centre all day as well as 011
7748306 and 011 774 8304. When I asked to speak to a manager at the
call centre I was not helped. then I asked again for the manager. I was told
that the manager is to busy to speak to me. After this the consultant
simply put the phone down in my ear.

I expect to get what I paid for. I paid for a return ticket and I only
received a one way ticket. After this I was told their internet payments are giving problems
Now they have my money and I have no return ticket.
