| My sister booked Translux bus from Mthatha to Port Elizabeth, the bus was supposed to arrive in Mthatha at 23h30, however I received a frantic call at around 5:30am from my teenage younger sister saying she had been waiting since 11pm the previous night for the bus and it hadn't arrived. She recieved a call once from Translux to say the bus would be running late and would be in Mthatha at 01h30am. I then called the call centre and a lady investigated and told me the bus would arrive in Mthatha at 6am but it won't be a translux bus but City to City. How is it possible to let people wait all night without letting them know the bus is going to be a good 8hrs late. they booked Translux only to be given a City to City bus?????? This situation was scary and frustrating for my sister who was on her was to Varsity Orientation. Disgusting service from Translux. I mean really!!! | |||
