Poor service

I booked one way tickets for 2 adults and a 4 month old baby from Welkom to Johannesburg Ref No:HKY443. leaving at 2H00. I tried to book on-line several times but this proved difficult. Eventually i get to the payment section and this becomes very complicated. I phone through the Johannesburg booking and 24 hours later I finally make the booking after several attempts and having sent the required information to 4 different people. At 2H50 the passengers had trouble getting onto the buss because Translux Welkom had not received confirmation of the booking. I am grateful that I was able to book even though it has been the worst booking experience of my life but the thing i was not happy about was the rudeness of the Translux staff toward the passengers I booked for. I was not able to get hold of anyone from Translux at 3h00.
