PATHETIC SERVICE/ETHICS

NOVEMBER 3-11-2011 I booked a ticket for my younger brother who studied in Pretoria. He got onto the wrong bus in Midrand 4-11-2011, and was told he could connect on route with the other bus or travel on the alternate route(via Queenstown instead of Graaf-Reinet). One bus driver didn't agree with his colleagues and dumped him in Queenstown. The other Translux bus didn't agree with this and decided to load him and arrange alternate transport in EL for him.

Upon stopping in King Williamstown the same driver who offloaded him in Queenstown summoned inspectors and demanded that he should be offloaded as the booking number GWQ117 wasn't reflecting on the manifest/system. Bearing in mind that you guys had system problems both last thursday and friday, one doesn't need astro-physics to determine this as likely.

No procedures were followed to check with any of your offices, operations desks or at least get the passenger to safety before dumping him in KWT.

This 23yr old could have been robbed, kidnapped or anything could have happened if they didn't have means to book a taxi in KWT. i hold Translux fully liable with this unbecoming conduct. u either load or leave a passenger at origin
