PAID FOR TRANSLUX - DRIVE CITY 2 CITY

REFERENCE GLM197 - On 08/09/2011 i made a booking for myself and my 5 year old daughter (telephonically) - from East London to Port Elizabeth  (return ticket).  I specifically asked for City 2 City but the operated said that bus wasn't available.  So, i opt for Translux, paid R630.00 (a return ticket).  The bus was suppose to leave 02:20am, 10/09/2011.  I got to the Windmill 01:45am (we were told to be there 30 min before the time).  At 02:10am i received a call from the hostess informing me that the bus will be 2 hours late (the bus was suppose to leave 02:20.  The bus only arrived at 04:35.  To top this i had to drive in a City 2 City bus but paid the full fare for a Translux bus.  With no explanation, no apology, nothing.  This is unacceptable!! totally...Couldn't they have phoned me earlier?? then i could've left my place also a bit later. i had to wait at the Windmill in the middle of the night with my child.  I am very, very unhappy...Someone needs to fix this a.s.a.p.
