Paid R150 for bus ticket for my 12 year old step son on Translux, Stilfontein - Jhb. The bus was supposed to leave Stilfontein at 10:20. Brandon waited at the station from 09:45 until 13:45. We had absolutely no correspondence frm Translux. I tried repeatedly to call the jhb no. on their web page with no answer. He is 12 years old, very insecure, misses his dad like crazy, waiting for the bus for over 3hrs, scared that it's not coming and he's not going to b able to visit his dad! He has just gotten out of hospital for severe depression and then he gets this! My dad lost a whole days work waiting for the bus to pick Brandon up and he could go and fetch him! I got so worried, I spent all my air time sending emails and phoning them till I ran out of air time! |
