not being on time and no apologies for being late

On 2 occassions that I have travelled by Translux from grahmstown to durban. The 1st the bus was scheduled for 19h30 and pitched up 35 minutes late, the 2nd time was also for 19h30 and pitched @ 21h30 that's 2 hrs late but no explanation or apologies for being late. What kind of company are you guys running where there is no courtesy for da inconvenienced caused to their customers. Hopefully da next time I use translux they will be on time coz I've lost faith in their services
