Terrible services, book a ticket for my grandma to visit us from Bloemfontein to Midrand, as we book it, I have to spelled my grandma surname more than 4 times, when my grandma went to Bloefontein branch, to collect the ticket, they have no ticket for her, as we find out her surname on the ticket is Robertson, totally wrong her surname is ALBERTSE. And she gets on the bus, and time on the ticket and person I spoke to confirm that she will be in Midrand at 06:50. That morning before 06:00 my grandma phones us and told us she is there already, the bus drops her of and went further. Today is the day she needs to go back, the time on the ticket is 07:40, as we were sitting there from 07:00, the bus was not coming, as I phone the number on the ticket and want to get information were the bus is or what happen, the lady told me she will phone the bus driver and let me know. After waiting 20 min, she phone back, and told me the bus already left. The bus was there and the "diver" phoned me but firstly he said my phone was off, secondly my phone was only ringing, so witch one is it know actually??? But my phone was on and with me the whole time? So she gave me an "manger" number to phone, I
