| I am so disappointed with Translux again, I booked and paid for my ticket online and before I could get my reference number their system shut down then I emailed their customer care and the response was I must fax proof of payment, and my question is what is the point of booking online and paying if you still have to fax them proof of payment. They should just not have the system in place if they don't know what to do with it. I'm so angry. | |||
