Discrimination?

My husband and I were travelling from King Williams Town to Bellville returning from our wonderful Honeymoon in Hogsback. We boarded the bus and found 2 seats second row from the front. The bus was very full and we didnt see any other seats where we could be seated together so obviously we were so grateful for those seats!
The bus driver then came to us and told us, we cannot sit there as this is his 'sleeping place". Needless to say, we paid for those seats and we did not want to move! The hostess on the bus advised us that firstly, the driver may not ask any passanger to move and secondly, she asked him whether or not he is going to sleep as the bus was going to be full up and he said he would not be sleeping.
After much debate, we moved. we advised the bus driver that we would be lodging a complaint and he was quite arrogant in saying we should. His shirt was hangining out and he was unfriendly, rude, and whats to follow, was discrimatory.Once we moved, the hostess came to apologise on Translux's behalf, she was really such a joy but then, the bus driver went to seat two other people where we were sitting!!! that was just the last straw! is this how Translux treats clients?
