Me,My sister and sister in law book a drive to Port Elizabeth that was to leave at 17:45 pm on Tuesday 04 Oct 2011 and was due to arrive at 09:30 on Wednesday 05 Oct 2011,During the ride our tickets were checked 3 times by the bus patrons but they missed a child that did not have a ticket and the inspector picked this up and this saw us wasting 45 minutes sorting out the issue that could have been avoided if the patrons did their job properly After that we were back on the road but took a detour to Uitenhage instead of going straight through to PE from Grahamstown like the ticket stated and the reason for this was to pick up Vegetables that the Depot managers of Translux sent the drivers to pick up and after another hour we were finally on our way but the wasted another hour dropping people of at random stops as if it was a normal bus or taxi Me and my family traveled to PE for my nephews funeral and we sadly missed it due to the 3 hour delay This is unacceptable and I want something to be done about it When we traveled back the drivers did not even know the route back to johannesburg and this was another delay I am VERY UNHAPPY about the service delivery of TRANSLUX City to City |
