Bad service and no response.

My mother booked a ticket for me in East London to travel from Midrand, Gauteng to East London on the 23rd December 2011. The bus was due to leave at 17h15 . We arrived at 16h00 and waited. Various busses City to City busses and Translux busses arrived and from 17h00, I waited and asked each of the drivers where the bus was heading. One was heading to Mthatha, another was on its way to Durban. The third bus driver advised me that I must 'stop wasting his time' and that it is 'not my bus!'. Unfortunately I did not get any names and I was so upset about the treatment that my husband enquired from the other bus drivers where their particular busses were heading. During this time I also called client services (011 774 8304 & 011 774 3333) numerous times and was every time advised that someone would call me back. I am still waiting for the return call. In EL I attended at the Translux offices (after paying for flights!!) and were advised that I must send an e-mail explaining the situation. I have not yet received a response or even an acknowledgement of receipt from them (this is after 2 follow-up mails). I would not recommend Translux to anybody and would really appreciate feedbac
