on the 9th I called the call centre and spoke to Lillian to book for 18 ppl from JHB to Durban on the 15 Dec 2011 returning on the 18 Dec 2011, and she confirmed both bookings told me that Trunslux is fully booked from Durban City to City is available, and I agreed ,she gave me the amount to pay and she was in a rush and told me that she is taking her lunch, the money was deposited on the 9th , and on Tuesday Edward called from Pretoria to inform that the departure time from JHB has changed,yesterday we went to collect our tickets,and we were told that our returning booking is only for 17 ppl not 18 and we had to pay over the counter for the 18th person,when I called the call centre and spoke to Lillian she told me that she did not do the return booking but Edward from Pretoria is the one who did it, and I never spoke to Edward about any bookings he just informed me of the time changes,and she only gave me 1 reference,I want this issue be adressed because when I spoke to her she did not want to take responsibility of what she has done and appologise,I hope we are not going to experience problems when we come back because of her INCOPETENT ,DONT CARE ATTITUDE,BAD SERVICE.
