Appalling Service

I travelled to East London from Cape Town on the 15th of November and was appalled by the service. I was forced to listen to the same mix CD -belonging to the bus driver I think- the entire way, as well as being subjected to various levels of music from cellphones around me, which your hostess did nothing to mitigate. The DVD player was not working, and we ran over 2 hours late.

Now, 2 days after booking my trip back, I find that your call centre booked me on the wrong bus trip -leaving an hour later than the one I booked and paid for, and, when I telephoned the East London Windmill station to find out what was going on no apology was offered, I was simply told that in order to change it I would be charged a further 10%.

I will most certainly not ever be travelling with this bus service again.
