Unpaid claim and unanswered e mails

I've been with this medical scheme (dental Blue) for over 3 years and never had a good experience with them, Whenever I visit the dentist I pay the account in full and my broker sends the claim to the medical aid and they are suppose to pay me my money back into my account, it's always a long wait and struggle to get my money back, but when month end comes they are the first to debit my account. It's now 3 MONTHS since my last claim has been sent, and I E-mailed the call centres twice this week without any response???? wonder how I'm gonna struggle to cancel my membership?
