Stinking attitude

My reference to my call is 136535256. I have a major issue with the attitudes of the call centre operators at Topmed. This is the second time I was treated with a bad attitude by on of your consultants. I enquired about whether or not I would receive cover for a particular service and the information was rudely communicated to me. When I asked Cindy to repeat the reference to the call, she sighed and called it out abruptly to me. Cindy, I don't appreciate being handled by you. You are certainly not doing anybody favours by doing your job. There are enough unemployed people who will happily take your job and do it with a smile. If you cant be courteous, which is a basic and fundamental rule of Call Centre etiquette then quit what you doing. Your service stinks.

It was noted that the agent was about to sneeze while speaking to you, which sounded as if she was sighing.
