| I have been trying since Monday monring to claim my prenatal vitamin which is included in my Maternity Benefits package. I went to the pharmacy as i have previously done 2 times already to pick up my vitamin and the pharmacy says there is a "host error, time out" I have caclled Top Med several times over the last 4 days and they tell me there is no problem try again at the pharmacy. I have tried now every day since Monday and STILL NOT FREAKIN LUCK!!!! THe pharmacy called TopMedyesterday as well and MediScore and MediScore said that TOP MED IS OFFLINE AND HAS BEEN FOR DAYS. I am physically sick due to not taking this vitamin and can not take it any longer. I spoke to Zama this morning at 7:50am and she was due to call me back at 10am, I had to call back at 11:20am as to my suprise she didnt call. the IT dept at TopMed is still claiming to be online, and the problem is not coming from their side. I am SOOO LIVID at the fact that R2700 comes off my account each month and I am having these unexplainable issues. I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THE HUNDREDS OF RANDS OF AIRTIME AND PETROL I AM WASTING ON TRYING TO SORT THIS MESS OUT!!!!!! | |||

| Not Impressed: not only did it take 4 days for someone to tell me what was going on, I have not been able to take my vitamin for this period of time as well. I am not pleased with this response as 3 different pharmacies did the same thing? How could this be? Furthermore each time the pharmacy called TOP MED they were told the system is offline? Very contradicting. | |||
