| On 5th Oct 2011 I went to do medical tests at pathcare in Bloemfontein through a network (medical aid option) doctor in Maseru Lesotho. At end of October I received a statement from pathcare saying medical aid has not settled the bill. I contacted the medical aid, and the said pathcare has got the practice number of the network doctor wrong an provided correct one. I gave correct one to pathcare to claim, but Topmed still does not pay. I am not stuck between unpaid bill, pathcare and Topmed. Please help. my account at pathcare is ED918994 | |||

Hello msekoati, Thank you for your patience. The option that you belong to is the Topmed Network Option. Basic radiology and pathology, has to be requested by a Care-cross GP. I have contacted Care-cross today, they are your Network providers. Diane confirmed account ED918994 dated the 27 August 2011 has been rejected. The reason for rejection is that the blood test done is not on the formulary and the test has not requested for by a Care-cross GP. Care-cross reference number is 874086.
