I spoke yesterday 22/09/2011 to a lady by the name of Thamie Magula that requested that my mother firstly need to have a blood test done before she can issue out a Authorisation number for a operation that needs to take place on the 30th the hospital need the auth number on Monday. If Garth is sitting on a plane with a bus ticket please get him off I do not make ********** calls just because I have the same initials and names as my mother doesn't mean that it is a ********** call. He can not say things like that to people. I called yesterday and many days before that and was helped by the agents all i need is the informantion I need the auth number please. Can anyone assist me. Thamie needs to confirm if she has recieved my fax please so she can issue the auth number as the hospital needs it by Monday. Your company should really not let let people like Gareth speak to there clients that is just wrong on 15 different levels cause if I was a heart patient he would of killed me |
