I took a drive through to Tiger Wheel at Somerset Mall yesterday to have a pair of spacers installed on my car. Upon arriving at the store I was immediately greeted by one of the workers and by Johan and we had a quick chat about what I needed done, and Johan mentioned the dangers of traditional spacers (such as the cheapies available from some local online stores which aren't hub-centric and tend to create problems), and after discussing the spacers I had imported from the USA Johan directed me to a bay to have them slapped on. Within at most 7 minutes my car was done and ready to drive again.. so I went inside looking for Johan so that I can pay for the work done, and to my absolute surprise Johan said that I shouldn't worry about it as it was such a quick job. I initially thought Johan was joking -- as most companies in SA try and charge for every possible thing -- but he was serious. In addition to Johan's gesture and the fantastic service I received, this TWT branch comes highly recommended. I've usually used Supa Quick in Kleinmond for jobs but from now on I'd MUCH rather take a drive through to TWT Somerset Mall. So thanks guys, keep up the great work! :) |
