| Firstly, I am one that is always first to complain about bad service but when good service is received it's worth taking the time to acknowledge it. I would just like to convey my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Aashiq van der Rhede from TWT, Fourways Crossing for the excellent service I received from him on Saturday 10th December 2011. I purchased 4 Yokohama tyres and I have to say that he kept me informed from the removing of my tyres to the alignment. It really was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and will recommend Tiger Wheel and Tyre to all. I have always been a TWT customer and will always go back not only because of the great service but because of the attitude of all the staff even the guys doing the hard labour - having said that tyres don't come cheap but my experience was a wonderful one and will always go back. Thanks to all and I hope that you mention a big word of thanks to Aashiq because he does deserve a pat on the back. Well done. | |||
