I have had a few issues with my buckled mag wheels, my car tends to shudder between 90km/hr and 120km/hr . Previous suppliers have not been able to fix the problem, informing me that the mag wheels were just too buckled. I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Kempton Park (Cavendish Glen) on Saturday (2011-11-12) for two new tyres. I received my two new tyres, with advice on the rotation the tyres, alignment and balancing. I have since given up on attempting to even mention the shudder, thinking I would have to deal with it until I repair the mags. Well they managed to fix the problem with correct balancing. They also happily suggested a place that would be able to fix the mag wheels, if it is needed down the line. Their service and professionalism were outstanding. The skills that the staff have are undoubtedly above average, and will from now on continue to get my tyres etc. done here. |
