I took my vehicle to Tiger Wheel & Tyre (Woodmead) towards the end of 2011 to have the wheel alignment checked. They found that the camber required adjustment, but since the camber is not adjustable on my vehicle, this required extensive work from the guys in the wheel alignment section. Having completed the work, they said I should bring the vehicle back in 5000km time to have a free check-up. I went back to Tiger Wheel & Tyre Woodmead this morning to have the free check-up, but the person that had supervised the work at the end of last year has moved to another branch. So Mark and his team-member Bruce took on the work, and found that indeed the alignment (camber) had once again gone out of spec. They fixed it free of charge, and we took it for a test drive. Much head-scratching later (since everything was now in spec) we agreed that it was still not correct and pulling to the left. They worked on the car again this afternoon, and this time they have got it perfect. All I can say is that these guys are fantastic - their attitude top notch - they really want to have happy customers and for me, I'm just that. Highly recommended, great work, thanks Mark & Bruce! |
