Hi, I wanted to pass on a compliment to the Fourways TWT branch for Eugene the store manager and Aashiq the sales rep. I took my car in for balancing yesterday and while the TWT driver was placing my car on the ramp one of my tyres caught the side of the ramp and caused significant damage to the tyre. There was no stock of the tyre that was damaged and I was due to leave on holiday for Christmas so Eugene and Aashiq were able to sort me out with a set of Michelins. I wanted to compliment them on the way they handled a very stressful situation and the way they put the customer first was excellent! Many Thx Tyrone |
