On Saturday my son hit a kerb with his car and burst the 2 left tyres. He is a student in Cape Town and I live in KZN so there was not much I could do to help him. He managed to get the car to Tiger Wheel and dealt with Jason who he found to be very friendly and very helpful. Because I could not be at the branch to pay with my card , Jason made arrangements for me to pay at a KZN branch close to me. The repairs on the car were carried out on Monday morning and when I arrived in Pinetown to make payment the invoice had been faxed through already and the cashier was expecting me. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Jason ! Thank you for helping turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. |
