| In contrast to a terrible incident I had at another supplier that day, I must commend the staff of TWT Menlyn for just being a breath of fresh air! I had carried my flat tyre from the car, which I was instantly relieved of on entering the store. I was directed to a sink to wash my grubby hands and face; their coffee/juice station is always clean and stocked, and you couldn't wish for friendlier staff. They carried my tyre back to the car for me and the whole pleasant experience was over in less than an hour. Two thumbs up! (Am sorry I didn't get the guy's name... but it's the second time I've been there in a month with the same result from two different staffers) | |||
