On 12/02/2012 I took in my car for change of the 2 rear tyres, the sales man (Willem) refused to give me the old tyres and said I should wait 14 working days to get my old tyres because I had used a stannic vehicle maintenance card for payment. This is just unfair and a very bad reflection of TW.
