If you have time to waste . . . |
Second occurrence. Took my vehicle in to replace two tires. Took them over 3 hours to complete. There were cars coming in after me, replacing 4 tires, alignment, etc., and still getting out while they haven't even started with my vehicle. After throwing my toys, they said the worker had problems with the one tire. I mentioned to them that firstly I saw that nothing was being done to my car for almost 30 minutes at some point, and also that the manager had words with the specific worker for not attending to my car. After all this, and then mentioning that I will not bring business back to them, they had 3 "managers" come over to me to say they are sorry. Stop saying you're sorry, and stop trying to give reasons for bad service. I am not willing to pay R8000 for two tires, just to get bad service and excuses in return. More than enough choice in the market for you not to deliver good service.
