I drove into Tiger Wheel and Tyre Midrand for two new front tyres on my car. The salesman was great. the sale transaction took place at 14:09pm and my car took its place on the ramp only minutes after to have the tires fitted. I was approached by the gentleman changing my tires as he needed tools to remove the run-flats from the wheel in order to remove the tyre. Should a company like Tiger Wheel and Tire not have these tools. The tool finally surfaced. The same gentleman decided to attend to another client whilst the work on my vehicle was still not complete. The wheel alignment on my car was done at 15:47pm, this is about 1 hour and 37 minutes later. I have never had to wait this long to change two tires and have the alignment done on my car. It is a shame the service at the end ruined what i thought was good service at the start. |
