Neotel has manage to stall service for a month. At the middle of the month Mr. Ntshangase called me after I posted my last compaint to say that migration will be processed to be effective the 1st March. I was told by Mr. Ntshangase that I will be able to Migrate from the NeoPrime to the Neoflex . He told me that I could come pick up the units at the end of the month or they can deliver to me. I chose to have them delivered. Then he told me that they can only be migrated at the end of the month. I agreed.
