Apologies to the guys at The Prophecy Shop. I should have done this a while ago. I had a PC built back in December. I had a PC built from the start at The Prophecy Shop. I selected various components that I thought would work well together and placed the order. A while later I received a call from The Prophecy Shop to inform me that one of the components I selected was not compatible. It was the CPU Cooler. It was not compatible with the Motherboard I had chosen. The Technician explained that he could get one that was compatible. He asked if that was in order and could he proceed. I was glad that he called to inform me. After that all went well I am happy to say. While my computer was being built, I was kept up to date. I also asked a few questions while the computer was being built, and the Technician took his time to explain, and also ease any of my concerns. A person is made to feel respected when dealing with The Prophecy Shop. They take care of their customers. I can say that from beginning to end The Prophecy Shop gave me a level of service that in my opinion is first rate and I will gladly buy from them again. |
