| I would just like to compliment the guys at Prophecy Shop. One of the best online shopping experiences ever. When you phone them they always have a friendly and helpful voice on the other side. Great work guys, I will definitely be making use of you guys. However I will have to insist on using a different courier company, as Fastways has now made a blunder of my last 2 orders. | |||

Hello JeanJ, Thanks for the compliment, I'm glad we could sort you out! We work hard to provide good service, so it's always awesome to hear when we are getting it right! I'm sorry that the courier dropped the ball - I remember our conversation after your previous order (and the problems with Fastway then) - I have spoken with the manager of the Pretoria branch, and we are closely following their performance both in Pretoria and nationally. I'm sorry they messed up again - I will call you to hear the full story. Overall, we have been very happy with their performance, however over the last three months we have had a higher number of issues in Pretoria. Fastway have made changes in Pretoria that they feel should solve these issues, and we are also monitoring them very closely. Should the number of issues be over a certain rate, we will change to an alternative courier company. Next time you place an order, in the comments mention that you would prefer us to ship with Courier IT, and we will ship using them. Once again, thanks for the comment!
