| I have had two products ordered through Prophecy that have failed on me (through no fault of the Prophecy Shop). The first (Early this year) was a 2x2 gig Mushkin ram kit (1 stick DOA). Because of work commitments I could not afford to be without a functioning PC, so the prophecy guys sent me a new kit on the same day they picked up the faulty kit (Trusting me on my word about the faulty product). They were quick, professional and went out on a limb for me. The 2nd (About a week ago) was the snapping (while in use) of the AMD support bar on a Zalman cooler. Because it is such an unacceptable breakage, the Prophecy shop has promised to issue me a replacement piece even if Zalman refuses to. Most of my large computer related purchases are done through the Prophecy Shop because of the stunningly good customer support. Even when I find a product cheaper elsewhere, the peace of mind the Prophecy Shop provides is more than worth it. Thanks guys! | |||
