| HEADLINE | My second complaint about Prophecy |

The prophecy shop sent me a damaged product in early 2011. After complaining, the owner Paul Johnston eventually organized to replace it and telling me that he would follow the issue up, ensuring the product will be replaced and sent back to me once they have tested it. This happened in November. I am still waiting to receive the item i ordered. It is now jan 17. i have phoned the prophecy shop 2 times asking where my item is. of course i did not get anywhere. the employers there tell me they will get back to me. which they never do. i get no phone call or email. this is the exact problem i had last time with them. on top of that, i have asked to be put through to Paul Johnston but am told he isnt there. i have also phoned him directly. again; no answer. I would like to know where my item (motherboard) is and why i haven't received it? |

Hello lebya, I'm sorry for the experience you have had, it is completely unacceptable. Please email me your account details and I will refund you in full, and we will also send you a replacement motherboard. It is completely unacceptable that my staff did not get back to you - I will I find out who is responsible, and will give them formal warnings.
