On 11 January 2011 i ordered 6 products from the prophecy shop. I have had continuous problems with my computer. After taking my computer to two pc companies they told me i have received a faulty/damaged mother board (asus P8P67). I have been on the phone with the prophecy shop multiple times. On all occasions, they have told me they will collect the damaged good and replace it. Instead, the product has not been collected. I have not received any emails or phone calls from them as they simply don't care. |

Hello lebya, Thanks for taking the time to speak with me on the phone tonight - I'm sorry for the experience you have had, it's not wha we aim to give or normally give. I will investigate tonight, and will update you tomorrow morning on what happened. From what I can see so far, our couriers messed up by not collecting, and we messed up by not following up on this! I will make sure that the couriers collect your faulty board tomorrow, and I will ship a replacement as soon as possible to you. Thanks for taking the time to make a post - it's never nice to hear when we make a mistake, but it's crucial that we do to improve our service.
