I called first to confirm the product was in stock and available. The website also confirms the stock was available. I placed the order on Thursday The confirmation of payment went through on the Friday and I only get told now on Tuesday that there is no stock. Expected stock is only set to arrive on the 10th. I honestly believe that online suppliers do this to "trap" the client in a situation where they don't want to ask for their money back and rather wait for the product. Its a sad day that a person cannot trust anyone no matter what they promise to deliver. |

Hello psychotic_savage, Hi Douglas I apologise for the experience you had with the order, this is definitely not the experience we aim to give. As mentioned on the phone, unfortunately the G35 unit that we had in stock was allocated incorrectly to an order that was placed after your order. This definitely should not have taken place, and I will re-iterate with our staff who do the shipping the correct procedure to follow when their are multiple orders for a single product. I'm confirming with our suppliers when we can receive stock of the G35, and I will also investigate why it took us so long to spot the mistake that happened on your order (We should've realised on either Friday afternoon or Monday morning, not on Tuesday). I will keep you up to date via phone as I learn more. Otherwise, I can assure you that it is not our intention to trap customers by giving incorrect stock information - we aim to provide as accurate stock information as possible, but unfortunately in this case we dropped the ball. Once again, I'm sorry for the experience you have had - I know how frustrating it is when you are given incorrect information! Regards, Paul Johnston |

Prophecy has made every effort to resolve the issue. Paul has been more than accommodating even though stock is still unavailable. Still upset about the mix up but mistakes do happen. Thanks |
