I bought a motherboard but it was faulty so I returned it once and got it back within a month from Prophecy. After one week it had the same problem so I returned it again. They said a courier will fetch the motherboard from me but no one showed up, so after a week I dropped it of at their office as I was in Johannesburg. This was around the 07/12/2011. I have made numerous phone calls to them since and received many empty promises, such as I will get it before the new year, but I am still waiting for it today. I had to buy another one from another store as I'm not sure when I will get my motherboard back. I hope I can at least get a refund soon. |
