It would be unfair of me to begin without saying that the service levels at Prophecy are excellent. However my complaint relates to a product I purchased. I would like to express my immense disappointment with regards to a Samsung DVD writer which I purchased in October last year. It was and in fact still is clearly represented as having lightscribe technology on their website (LINK - [URL Removed] something which I have not had to use till now, only to discover that the drive does not in fact have the feature. I bought the drive in good faith believing that it had all the features stated on the website. I feel deceived and cheated and would like to request that I be allowed to return the drive and either refunded in full or at least have it swapped out for a drive with lightscribe even if it means that there may be a pay-in on my part. |

Over the Moon:
I had a problem, I let Prophecy know, they took immediate and decisive action. This is how service should be. As Paul stated they'll send me a replacement light scribe drive as soon as stock is available. My sincerest thanks to Paul at Prophecy for the manner in which he handled my query. Excellent sales and after sales service. |
