Despite numerous emails and phone calls to Holiday club over the past month I have had no response except a terse "your email has been received and being investigated by a colleague, but there is a backlog" from a service agent from Holiday club. This follows an official complaint I made initially on 20th January by email about the ********** sale of points to me by 2 sales people representing Holiday club in July 2011. I have paid over R50,000 for these resale points sold to me under what I have now found out are totally false pretenses. What has upset me as much as this ******** of my money, is the lack of regard, attention and communication from the holiday club management despite the attempts mentioned above to contact them. As a long term Holiday club member (over 10 years!!) I think this lack of service and communication is terrible from a company that supposedly prides itself on service. Anybody who mentions the name Holiday Club to me at this time gets a strong message not to touch it. At this point in time I will do all I can to get rid of my points to rid myself of uncaring holiday providers. As a missionary I could ill afford the monies I have lost! Mem # PLPT66090 |
