I've got a prepaid line from telkom. I moved to a new house and applied for the move of the line just 3 streets away 6 months before moving to be sure of a appointment and because I do my bussiness rom home I need my line if I move in immediatly. After not attending our first meeting I had to go in to the shop again asking them to came out again. They show up at my house just to tell me the main cable to my house are not ready to do the installation after another week of a new appointment they show up again and when they were using the draw wire to take there cabe from te office to the main bedroom there cable broke. I had to get out a electricion to fix up the problem. At the next appointment and a month without my phone line they came again just to tell me because I am a prepaid line owner telkom only put in one point for a phone and they haven't before seen that it's a prepaid line. Again I went in to the shop to pay for a second line so they can come and install a phone in my main bedroom just to hear that you can't do that at all. NO second point are installed to a prepaid line. Again I had to get a electrision out to do the job on telkom's property to lenghten the cable.
