THE INCIDENT

I have reported a fault on my Telkom telephone line last year around March (Mar 2007). I have not had anything from Telkom since. I am not even sure whether my account is still active or they have terminated it because I am using prepaid line. I am so disappointed because I have been using that phone to run my small business at home.
