I bought a new telkom telelphone in January this year, the lady told me that i did not need to keep the invoice because they link it on the system to my house number. So i didn't(stupid me!) but that's not why I'm writing this. I said fine, my stupid mistake, cool, fix it for me. "Sorry" she says they cannot without the invoice!!!!! How the #***@%$***@# does that work, I'm willing to pay for the repairs??????? No i sit with a R400 piece of garbage.
